Your property will be guest ready to the highest standard.


Utilising our hospitality experience, we can help you with the features, facilities and styling that your target market regard as essential when looking to book accommodation. We will prepare your property with the appropriate linen, toiletries and breakfast supplies that your guests will expect when they arrive. Your guests will also have access to a host of add-on extras to make their stay perfect like bubbly, platters and even in-house massage that we will organise and have waiting for their arrival.

Features & Facilities.

Your property style, size and location will dictate the type of guest you will be appealing too and what features and facilities they will be looking for. We can help you purchase the right appliances for your property to ensure you don't make any costly mistakes. VRG compliments your facilities by offering the hire of port-a-cots and high chairs.

Linen and Towels.

All linen and towels are collected and replaced at changeover and commercially laundered. You can use our selection or choose to provide your own. We can assist you to select the best type for commercial laundering and stain resistence and removal.

Toiletries.

You can choose to provide your own toiletries or use our selection. We carry a range that is suited to all property types and budgets.

Breakfast options.

VRG can provide continental breakfast hampers or just a welcome pack of coffee, tea and milk. We can discuss which is most appropriate for your property based on location, facilities and cost.

Photography.

When your property is guest ready, our photographer will provide a range of images for use across the various websites and for social media. Our photographer is highly experienced in property photography for accommodation, showing off your properties features and facilities. We can also organise video if requested.
