Valley Ranges Getaways are the professional short term property management service in the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley. We are committed to managing your property efficiently and providing a high quality service to your guests.

We understand that short term rental property management is a hospitality business first, with elements of real estate property management, housekeeping and marketing and communications.

Ensuring your guests have a seamless booking experience, can add extras to their booking like massage and platters, and are introduced to the area and what is has to offer is paramount to them arriving at your property in a positive state of mind.

Management Team.

We have been managing short term rental properties across the Dandenong Ranges for 10 years. No one has the experience and knows the area like we do. We have close relationships with local producers and suppliers and try where possible to showcase regional produce and products. We are active with our local and regional business and tourism groups, staying ahead of changes in the market to ensure we pivot where necessary to deliver for our property owners. You will find the team to be professional and communicative and always happy to help.

Management Levels.

We have management packages to suit all levels of involvement in the running of your property. Some owners may want to have more oversight and involvement and some may wish to be completely hands off. We have property owners that live overseas and rely on us for complete management of their property whereas others just utilise our marketing and communications services. Our relationships with insurance companies means we can also offer property owners longer term stays which is appealing to some owners. We are happy to work with you to find the level that works for you.

Management Fees.

Our management fees represent the level of service you can expect from VRG. All our pricing is transparent from maintenance call-out costs to linen hire and laundry. Our detailed list of fees has been added to over the years based on real life case scenarios that have arisen and cover all eventualities. Our Schedule of Fees is available upon enquiry.

Systems & Reporting.

Our decicated property management system manages all aspects of the running of your property, resulting in accurate end of month reporting. You'll always be up to date with the progress of your investment to ensure that we are maximising your return.
